On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate the performance of your team at work?  Chances are, it’s not close to a 10.  What gets in the way of team performance at work?  Communication!  C-level executive and top team coach, Chuck Bolton, The Bolton Group LLC, will discuss this challenge in detail during our April 1 teleseminar, “The Dirtiest Little Secret in Business:  Communicating With Your Team.”

Participants will take away the following learning outcomes:

  1. The three keys to extraordinary team performance
  2. How to create a climate of supportive candor
  3. How to effectively discuss and resolve the most challenging issues that confront us at work

Chuck Bolton speaks on leadership topics to a wide variety of audiences including companies such as Boston Scientific and UnitedHealth; universities including Harvard Business School; associations and non-profits like America’s Blood Centers, the Human Resources Professionals Association of Canada and the National Ecological Observatory Network; and to radio and TV audiences on networks like NBC, FOX and CBS. Chuck is also an instructor for the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management Executive Education series.
