IABC Minnesota networking events are a great way to establish new connections, or connect with long-time IABC friends and colleagues. These events are typically held at least once every other month in various locations across the metro. Prospective members are welcome. Please join us at our next event!

Meet the Pros Events
Our Meet the Pros events are a great way for students to sample the value of an IABC membership. IABC Minnesota members from a variety of industries present as a panel and answer questions from students. Past events have been held at Northwestern College in Roseville, Minn., St. Mary””s University in Winona, Minn., and at the University of Minnesota. Past panels have included professionals from prestigious Minnesota companies such as Best Buy, Target and US Bank, as well as self-employed and non-profit professionals. Our next Meet the Pros event will be held in late 2011.

New Professionals Events
This new event series focuses on professionals with less than five years of experience in the communications field. Whether you””re a recent graduate or someone in career transition, these events are for you. Our first event focused on careers in the agency world and was held at Padilla Speer Beardsley. Future event ideas include corporate, nonprofit, self-employed and media careers.
